A Puerto Rican favorite! Crispy fritters made from seasoned root vegetables and green bananas, stuffed with delicious savory meat.
Empanadas
Our fresh, crispy empanadas are stuffed with flavorful, savory fillings and seasoned to perfection. Beef, beef & cheese, chicken or pernil.
Boricua Bites
Your choice of meat (pernil, carne frita or pollo frito) with 4 tostones and your choice of sauce.
Egg rolls
Beef & cheese, mac n pernil or seafood.
Pinchos
Pollo, carne frita or camarones (shrimp).
Mofongo balls
Your choice of meat. Shrimp or churrasco is extra.

Our Story

A lot of you have been asking what the inspiration is behind our fusion of Puerto Rican x Soul Food. Well here it is!

Throughout our relationship and marriage, we shared a common passion—cooking, food, and culture🇵🇷✊🏿

Dinner was always a blend of Puerto Rican and Soul Food, which incorporates both of our cultures (Black American and Puerto Rican). This inspired us to create Soulful Sazón🔥

This started in a home kitchen and cooking for family parties. Then we took a leap: a dream, a tent and a lot of fusion flavors.

Cooking at home, where it all started.
Where it started: a home kitchen.

Now there's a trailer, a crew we call the Fusion Fam and three Restaurant Depot runs a week.
